I ordered a mobile pick up 4 times from this location. The first time, nothing was ready when I got there. The second time, my drink was ready but my food wasn’t. The third time, my food was ready and my drink wasn’t. This time my coffee didn’t have caramel in it, and even if it did like the woman insisted it did, it certainly wasn’t extra like I asked for. I understand mornings are probably their busiest time but I live 15 minutes away and I always order before I leave. That should be enough time to have everything ready, and made correctly. The only reason it’s not 1 star is because, although the service is unreliable, is because the employees, for the most part, are nice. The woman offered to add more caramel to my coffee this morning, but I was already running late to work so I had to just go.

Absolutely terrible service! My coffee was made wrong once and I asked to have it remade. It was then made right but cold. I asked a 3rd time stating it was cold and immediately was given an attitude with profanity, and honestly felt threatened. I proceeded to ask for my money back and was refused. So I left without my money or my coffee. I don’t believe it’s to much to ask to get what I paid for — a hot coffee made right.

I waited 15 minutes in line while nobody else was in line. 3 employees saw me and walk passed me. One was sleeping at the corner. I asked the lady if she was going to take my order. She rudely asked me to be patient. I walked out and left. People like me have a business to run. You cant let a customer wait 15-20 minutes especially when it wasn’t even busy.
