Disappointed once again by the food prep and quality control at this Dunkin’ location. Ordered a cold brew with cold sweet cream and got this (my daughter picked it up and wasn’t aware it wasn’t what I ordered). This black iced coffee is burned and not drinkable. In the past parts of our order have been forgotten: missing hash browns or only one order of bagel bites when we ordered two. The bagels from here are either not toasted or are charred (like an earlier review). The managers really need to improve this location. Check your order when you pick it up.

The wifi is terrible. When I come in here I need to turn off wifi and use data in order to use the tunein app. I can’t even send email here. It’s all the DD in the area. They all are terrible. That’s why if I need to work I go to Marketplace in Guilford or G Cafe in Branford.

I went in there today about 15 mintues ago and both employees were messing up the guy taking the money kept his gloves on while taking money and making coffee and money is really dirty then the female was on the phone with who I assume was her man she was holding her phone switching hands not changing gloves and making food dont go there I know I won’t go again
