This used to be a great Dunkin and I never had any issues with it. For months now every single time I go there there’s always something missing from my order. I’ve lost so much money and time from every time I have to go back in. Management needs to better train and idk maybe they can actually read the screens that are telling them exactly what to make. At this point it’s absolutely ridiculous

Clean restroom, clean store, fast and friendly service at 8:15am. My experience was fine. Not sure what’s happening to other folks. I ordered 25 munchkins and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. No coffee so no comment on that. I drink soda usually.

Higganum’s Dunkin is above average compared to some other locations nearby. They rarely get an order wrong but it happens on occassion. I special order a drink and Higganum makes it perfect while some locations weren’t able to get it right after giving them the benefit of the doubt a few times. There seems to be regular turnover in the staff but the vast majority have been very good and friendly.

Tastes just as greasy as an after church Sunday Dunkin run you remember from childhood. The wait times are pretty good, but I promise you you’re gonna want to be near a toilet for the rest of your day because it’s gonna tear you up with a BM that registers on the Richter scale.
