Came in on 11/21 at 9am and there was only one girl working. She was wonderful and still managed to get our very large order together quickly. However, it’s terrible to leave an employee to work by herself and have to deal with trying to do her job and getting yelled at by impatient costumers.

715 am on Monday 6/20/22. Young woman at he counter was the only person working, responsible for all counter needs. I feel terribly that she has to manage this and is also expected to keep customers happy. Management should step to help in these staffing shortages. She was extremely professional under the fire situation she was working in. I hope you are compensating her accordingly.

Dunkin you need to pay your people better. Espically for what you charge for everything. I just stopped by paid more then $10 for a breakfast sandwich. Rediculous. And I can tell you everybody working at this location just looked absolutely miserable. You guys need to do better for your people.

Tuesday November 29th at 9:05 pm. (If Dunkin cares they can verify who it is). Google says they close at 10 I show up at 9:05 stand there for a while and all of a sudden a gentleman (rudely) walks in from doors leading in from the outside and says you waiting for dunks and I said yes and he “shoos” myself and another gentleman away like we are rats. Absolutely ridiculous and I always come to this location. Not anymore.

Stood at counter for 5+ Minutes no one was there. After I tapped a female with red hair came to register and said don’t tap I can see you . And then she said we are close. Online it says 24HRS open. No sign said it was close. Very rude employee

Although I did not enter the store but instead used the drive through which was about 6 cars long it was fairly quick and my order of coffee and a bagel were ready and correct and the employee was friendly. The time was about 11:30am.
