Was highly disappointed in the service provided. This is usually my go to place but today I was not happy whatsoever. I drove up and notice they took the order of the car in front of me. But when I finally got to the speaker to place my order there was no response. Not ever a simple ” Give me a moment” or a ” I will be right with you. We wanted for almost 15 mins before we followed the cars behind us and drove off. Completely unacceptable. Then after like 4 cars and myself have left I drove by and then someone decided to take orders… Dunkin Donuts do better!

Placed my order through drive through, PLAIN BAGEL TOASTED VERY LIGHT ON CREAM CHEESE an apple juice, medium coconut flavored hot coffee light and sweet, PLAIN BAGEL TOASTED WITH BUTTER AND AMERICAN CHEESE CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE SURE MY CHEESE IS MELTED. And 2 Boston cream donuts. That’s how exactly I requested my order I this was very cleared. Came to window order was ready in less than 1 minute. Something tells me check your order, Jajaja my bagel cold and the cheese taking out of freezer very stiff. I ask the lady wasn’t my cheese supposed to be melted ? She gives the bagel to the guy and he puts it inside microwave with wrapper ‍♀️I said I better check the other bagel surprise they threw a blob of cream cheese didn’t even spread it, with all the cream cheese you could’ve made 3 more bagels. Handed back and said if I was the one serving you would you eat your bagel looking so nasty like this, it’s not even presentable. He was trying to be funny and said how does it look now, and went and out American cheese on it. I got more upset and told them I wanted my money back you can stay with everything. Both of the guys making the bagels were adults and managers. Unbelievable shame on them …..,

Just got the worst service doing drive through, how can that be possible? It seems like the same “women” employee with long nails and nasty attitude is in every Dunkin in this town, everyone one of the is the same, they are so miserable and they try to make everyone feel the same. It’s a bit funny. I guess that’s on me that I keep going to this places knowing I’ll just get terrible burned Coffee, a dry old doughnut and service from a miserable ratchet little woman that thinks that by giving attitude doing customer services she is intimidating while just looking like a joke.

Went here today with my best friend. She ordered drinks for us on the Dunkin Donuts app. We waited more than a half hour to get drinks. I never got mine & when my best friend got hers it wasn’t what she ordered because someone said there wasn’t any frozen coffee. And one employer said that don’t tell them that just make it. They did make it and it ended up being the wrong drink entirely. We went up to the front desk to tell them that she wanted a refund. The person who was at the front said that the drink was a raspberry cold foam. It clearly wasn’t. Instead of them refunding my best friend, she had to call customer service and chat with a representative. And after talking with her she finally got her money back. This Dunkin has to train the employees so they can make the drinks better. When they get on the go drinks they take long to make them. And when they do make them they make them wrong a majority of the time. I will NOT be stepping into this Dunkin EVER again and my best friend probably won’t be going there again either. I go to a Dunkin Donuts here in Meriden on East Main Street and the service is WAY better and they don’t mess up on drinks there. Also the staff there is very nice too.

I honestly was surprised two nights ago with the customer service. The guy who took my order was cheerful, energetic and helpful. Such a nice surprise especially with it being the end of shift and me coming in when they were getting ready to close. You don’t get service like that anymore. I just wish there was a tip jar.
