We just went and got 2 doughnuts and an apple fritter. They were absolutely terrible! They don’t put any chocolate frosting on the doughnuts anymore and the fritter was all dough,no apple. What a rip-off. This not the 1st time either. I’m sick of it. Shame on you for constantly shorting the public!!!

No sense of urgency what so ever. There was 9 people behind the counter just standing there. Meanwhile I could see mobile orders were being pushed out easily. If you should so happen to go to this location expect a long wait. Or just submit a mobile order because thats the only way your going to get your order in a normal time frame. Won’t be coming back here anymore.

This location is incredibly tiny and low staffed. During one of its busiest rushes they only had 1 cashier and the line was almost going out the door. People literally had no where to move and the parking is a whole another issue. There are too few spots and too little space to move around. Don’t expect me to visit there again.

Everytime I come here my coffee is either burnt or made incorrectly. All I order is a simple a med or large reg cream and sugar. It never has the sugar, and it taste like mud. Middlefield, Washington St, or Portland have 0 issues. This is why I rarely visit here and hope that when I do things have changed, and they dont.
