Everyone always jokes about how you go to Dunks and just put your fate in their hands. Sometimes your coffee is excellent and sometimes it’s awful. However, the other day, this Dunks made me one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. For that alone, I’m giving them a 5 star rating. My next coffee might be even better or it might be absolute trash. After several visits to this Dunkin I have had it today. Placed a large order at 12pm for 44.49. Placed 50.00 in my account to pay for it. Went at 1pm to pick up order. Handed my husband 2 drinks that were warm and tasted like cleaner. Handed him 2 sandwiches that were burnt. He went inside for rest of order. The man stated they have no order. We paid online and had the order number. Had to discard the drinks and sandwiches. NO Order was

Be aware that Dunkin Donuts closes the lobby areas early and only offers a limited drive thru service in the late evenings. I appreciated the exceptional customer assistance that provided an amazing cocoa and a friendly customer conversation at checkout. Definitely will stop by while i am in the Old Saybrook area. 5 ⭐star customer service.

I go here quite often while at times it’s good ,other no so good. Twice now my drink was done wrong ,it’s really not that hard to make ,just they don’t always pay attention to the stickers on the cups ,or put in wrong … I was literally just in there and asked to speak to Denni I believe her name is,one worker told me she’s in the back,another worker told me she’s doing paperwork,yet another told me she already left earlier,and one other worker said she was there and was gonna have her come out and never did… Stood there a good 10 mins waiting ,the last worker never came back out to tell me anything just peeked around the corner to see if I left… When I saw that just turned around and walked out
