Mom brought home breakfast for me. I ordered a small iced matcha latte, and I got… whatever the heck this is. When mom questioned it, the person at the drive thru apparently told her “it probably looks different because it has almond milk.” No… it’s because it’s the wrong drink… matcha lattes are still supposed to be green regardless of what kind of milk you put in. Whatever this is… it’s a very strong coffee… which none of us ordered… I always order the same thing from the Dunkin on my college campus and they always do a great job. This location? I don’t know what’s up with them because the food never seems to be well made here.

The customer service here is trash in the morning. The lady with the blonde short hair is extremely rude. She completely ignores everyone who comes to the front counter even when shes standing right there. The tall black guy is gross. Ive watched him on multiple occasions pick his nose and cough in his hands then not wash them. Lastly everytime I do a mobile order I wait 10/15 minutes and its still not ready when it arrives. I never have any of these problems with the afternoon staff.

This is not a welcoming environment. When we walked in, there was a person at the register, we asked about ordering and were told to ask someone else. She was just there clocking out. We opted to use the kiosk. I guess customer service isn’t needed at that point. The iced coffee was 75% cream, and the croissant was burned. The guy who handed it to us was very pleasant. Thank you.

Female manager named Marisela is very rude, disrespectful and verbally abusive to employees and customers who try to defend the employees. I have seen her threaten employees for being sick, targeting certain employees and constantly playing favorites, all while on the clock and while the establishment is open.

If they get your order right, it’s a miracle. These workers need to be paid more so thet actually care what they serve. Not all of the employees are slacking, some are awesome! But over all, I clench my teeth every time I get in line.
