I order some food from here, it costed $30 and once it arrived at the door, there was only a drink in there, I called back to see if I can get a refund and they ended up blocking my number and being rude, once I got back to the app Uber eats, they said it was going to take 20 business days to get my refund, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Yep. I miss the Dunkin that used to be on Howe Avenue. At least they made your drink right. If I have to mix my own drink up, I might as well buy some coffee, ice, and syrups and make my own at home. I absolutely love getting a drink that i have to stir myself while driving.

Terrible place should be shut down, let us start off with the amount of times my order is wrong somehow as if I’m the most unlucky guy there my order is and has always been completely wrong sometimes adding stuff I didn’t even ask for, so when I go back I have to wait in the horrendously slow line to correct them. Now this next part is absolutely disgusting one of the workers calls customers who are female mommy which is alone is downright nasty but then this worker has the absolute audacity to then call male customers papa. I seriously lose my appetite every time.but now when I bring this issue up with the manager nothing is done. This place needs serious help.

I stop here early in the morning often and the lady up front always does a good job making my coffee the same way everytime and even stirs it up which never happens at any other dunkin I have been to. This place gets really busy in the morning (the drive thru at least) but inside is usually quieter and is where I go. The morning crew here is a pleasure to do business with. I just wish they would give the great worker up front someone to help her out!

one of the worst dunkins i have ever been to. excuse me it’s “THE” worst dunkin ive been to. this place has been in shambles for yrs. the staff is always so inattentive and for what? like the one time i decided to pop in they weren’t busy i waited for a merely 25 mins at the front counter and no one was there just hiding in the back. i suggest avoiding this dunkin if u want some decent respect and your stuff to be made right.

I am frustrated! At the drive up today I was handed a hot coffee. When I took it from the worker, the lid popped off and spilt over my hand and pants. Don’t worry, I’m not going to contact a lawyer. My point is this… the worker never apologized. Her superior came over and pointed to the cup and said “it says coffee is hot!” No kidding! How about an apology or removing the charge?
