It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location. It used to be the best one in the area- now I ordered two coffees and they gave me one. Not only that they had two chances to make that ONE coffee correctly to either, and they couldn’t even handle that. Man in the window was incredibly rude to me when I asked him about the second coffee. The woman over the speaker sounded like she just couldn’t care less while also rushing me through my order ( there was one single car behind me and one single car in front of me )

A terrible location. Was there today, and waited about 7 minutes to be even waited on. The staff were all on their phones and not even concerned about the customer. This isn’t the first time this has happened here, more of the norm rather than the exception. Not to mention the four language they use. The f word is used in every other sentence. These people should not be dealing with the public. I guess this is what the world has come to, hire any warm ,body, if it is the bottom of the barrel

Officially given up on the location. Cold, hard food every time but to top it off-my hot latte that I waited over 7 minutes for was cold like it had been in the refrigerator??? Of course you typically stop there en route to somewhere more important so I couldn’t turn around. Just spare yourself & stop at any other location nearby

So I went to this Dunkin’ this morning that’s inside the gas station on old Stratford road across from the Walgreens an it’s just so bad everyone that works there are disrespectful and just don’t care about the customers there on there phones walking around ignoring the customers are making us wait long story short I go in I get a large hot coffee the coffee taste disgusting I asked for cream they put milk and this is not the first time. I don’t understand how the owners/ mangers don’t see that they ready don’t do there jobs like that supposed to be doing fast service and correct should be and everyday type service people have to get to work and don’t want to wait in line for over 30 mins just to order just you can order something and go.

Traveling back home, stopped in this DD and noticed 2 customers complaining. I should’ve walked away then, but I ordered breakfast and coffees anyway. After 10 min, I was STILL WAITING. When I asked about the rest of my order, she said “my bad” and another person tossed my remaining order in a bag and walked away. Frustrated that they were so unprofessional, I complained & his suggestion was…I should return my order and leave! After waiting 15+ min for a simple order, I SHOULD RETURN IT? These young ppl have no respect for the ppl that patronize their location! It’s sad that no one respects customer service enough to do better! I NOW understand how employees can get verbally attacked and assaulted & I have no empathy for them at this point! If Corporate doesn’t train/teach them to do better, they will NEVER be treated w/respect by PAYING customers! They’ll be treated exactly how they deserve to be treated when they don’t take pride in their job and lack professionalism! No apologies, no respect & we’re the ones keeping them in business! They were just a bunch of lazy gossiping young adults that caused their own problems bc they’re too busy talking about their weekend activities to care about the customers standing in line! DO BETTER!
