I had never come here before the remodel, but since it reopened I’ve been here maybe 5-6 times and the customer service and quality of drinks has always been top notch. The people are friendly and helpful. Restaurant appears very clean. They have the coffee “on tap”. I do wish they had indoor seating but it’s easily one of the best on the Rt 5 corridor

There’s something seriously wrong with who I’m assuming is the manager. He always has to fight you with everything. I ordered a large iced coffee. I had a coupon that specifically was for a large. I pull up and he’s at the window. He hands me a medium. I kindly let him know I ordered a large. He’s like no no you ordered a medium. I say I’m sorry but I told the worker a large, that’s literally what my coupon is for. He tells me to pull over. He comes out with the large and points to the sticker “see see you ordered a medium.” I again tell him I asked for a large, obviously the worker misheard or messed up and printed the wrong sticker. How is that my fault? I just don’t understand why a simple “my bad, here you go” was so hard. And this isn’t the first incident with this guy every time they mess up an order he is adamant you’re the one at fault.

I often use the drive through during the day and they FREQUENTLY get the order wrong. I no longer frequent this DD after 3:00 – staff are talking, laughing and in addition to getting my order incorrect, they don’t give the correct change. I expressed my frustration to who appeared to be a supervisor on the day shift and there was no acknowledgement of my complaint. I do like their coffee but am moving on to Cumberland Farms – better service and less expensive.

This place is the best Dunkin around! Top notch customer service, the coffee is consistently pretty good, and (while this might say a lot about me) the staff remembers me and everyone is quick to say hello! I am so embarrassed, but today I was exhausted and came late for coffee, and when the shift leader realized I’d been given the wrong one he knew my order before I could say anything! I really appreciated it and felt bad, but he was so quick to get me my coffee. Everyone here is so nice. My friends and I make sure this is the Dunkin for our coffee runs because of it!
