Today I placed an order on the Dunkin app for this location about an hour ago and the older employee on the mic was very nasty and ugly. when I got the drive thru window I told her I had an on the go order she was like yeah “our machine is broken, do want something else came for that can you process a refund ( I never had this inconvenience before with the app) anyways she didn’t say anything started adding a large coffee and bagel to the drive thru window and ask do you want something else again I said no I came for that mostly can process the refund. She gave me attitude “ like I just said I can process a refund you have to do it threw the app “ I said I never did that can’t you just not expect an order that you don’t have the stuff to make it ? She said got louder and said Call some number, you need rehear the recordings from June 12th around 8. She said a lot nasty things as well as I pulled away! This disgusting customer service! Charlene is the worst employee and very low in physical hygiene! Second I don’t think ITS SAFE to be talking to customer with such disrespectful mouths!

Bad bad bad. Over priced drinks they get wrong almost every time I order. Coffee when I order tea…or the famous tea bag in coffee instead of water. I love that one. You can’t even get lemon any more with ice tea, but the price hasn’t gone down? Hmmm. Oh and god forbid you ask them for a cup of ice! They charge you for it…..but it’s perfectly ok, to get a large drink not even filled to the top. Everything is about nickel and diming the customer these days. Maybe they should focus more on taking care of the customer instead. Oh and let’s not forget that they love to speak Spanish in front of you since they think you can’t understand them. Completely unacceptable. This place needs a new crew with better training. Especially Palma, or whatever her name is. -5 stars.

The East Haven locations are my favorites even though I live in Branford because for some reason all of the Branford Dunkin donuts stopped selling “French Curlers”??? The only donuts I buy. So please don’t do something that makes no sense like the owner of all the Branford franchise.

I wouldn’t even give one star if I had the option! Today was the final straw after a few bad service experiences here. After getting my order wrong the first time and having to return they still did it wrong again. The lady told me she refused to do it again and I can get a refund or come back there and cook it myself. She was extremely rude and had the other girls working there come out and laugh and make rude comments also

3 stars for the coffee and no stars for the customer service!! Early in the morning we are grateful for another day hoping the day goes well. Customers service is huge to me! I just moved out to East Haven in May 2022. I have gone to 2 Dunkin’s, the one on Main Street employees are miserable like the one on Forbes Ave. The one on Frontage road north bound is sooooo much nicer. I enjoy the employees and I thank them for waking up with a smile. They also need more diversity in Main Street and definitely Forbes Avenue locations!! That’s facts.
