I’ve really given this store too many chances. I first chalked it up to this location’s newness, but the incorrect orders and carelessness have been consistent ever since. I’m talking forgotten items in two and three-item orders, bagels so drenched in butter they were soggy and dripping, partially smashed donuts placed upside down in the bag… It’s bad.

This Dunkin is brutal. Consistently slow, messes up orders regularly. I was pumped when this Dunkin opened so close to my home, but it’s been long enough to say this isn’t just a new Dunkin finding its way and it truly is just poor management. I don’t even consider going here anymore — find a Starbucks or another location.

North of town locale on state route 111 (main street) The main North/South route through town long hill green area of town. This area is experiencing a Renaissance in new businesses. The indoor space is spacious and comfy, drive thru also available.

This Dunkin is very clean. Nice atmosphere. Friendly service. Fresh donuts and coffee. Parking was simple and they do have a drive thru. They also have handicap parking wheel chair acessibilty. Bathroom availability.

My whole order was wrong, they charged me for 2 donuts but keep saying I was only charged for one. They finally admitted to charging me for two then wanted to know if I wanted a second donut. It took three workers to resolve the issue. The coffee and hot chocolate were also incorrect. Definitely the worst customer service.

The drive thru here is so horribly slow. They average 1 customer every like 6 or 7 minutes. I just sat in line for 10 mins w only 2 cars in front of me and never moved up once. I ended up pulling out of the line and leaving. If you use the drive thru here make sure you leave enough room between you and the car in front of you so you can pull out and leave when you finally give up on waiting.

Went fathers day and placed a mobile order. Long line in drive thru not moving I went inside. line only moved as people left. Walked out after 15 minutes empty handed. Store only had 2 employees 9:30am! This is the second (first time same horrible experience) and last time I will patronize this location. Location in Monroe 4 minutes away much better. Avoid this location at all cost!!
