I ordered a large iced cappuccino and I received this monstrosity over 10 minutes later for a mobile order. If you look on the website, an iced cappuccino DOES NOT look like this whatsoever. I got this half blended mess that is one step above a blended coffee. The excuse I received from the staff about this order was that they have a “special person” do the foam which is ridiculous. This was the foam. This was supposed to be regular cappuccino foam not whatever the heck this is. Oh and the amount of time it took for this drink to be made was ridiculous

This review is for the D&D on Kukas La., Waterbury, CT. Stopped in on 12/20/22 to purchase $100 worth of gift cards. Waited in line for approx. 15 mins. with only 1 older couple before me. After a while the gentleman in front of me turned to me & asked how long this place has been here. Guess he thought this was a “new” D&D. He then said to me, “I guess they don’t want to sell us coffee & donuts”. All this time I thought they had already been waited on & were waiting for their order. But no! Workers moving about & not one of them acknowledged us! Didn’t even look our way. I peeked around the couple to check out the gift cards & was disappointed in the lack of the selection. A small quantity were on the counter & they were not festive, just regular gift cards. Normally I wouldn’t care but I was purchasing these for our work Christmas party. After another minute or two I left & went to another D&D (corner of E. Main & Scott Rd.) which honestly wasn’t much better in their customer service skills. I’ll save my opinion on THAT store for another review!

I’m from Massachusetts & I thought this Dunkin operated way better than the Dunkin’s around my area! The staff was absolutely wonderful, they were super fast at making my order! I have been coming to this dunkin religiously for about 6 months now because I work right up the road and every time it’s great! Coffee tastes fresh and customer service is commendable. Today was terrible. I work in customer service and understand a face paced environment. The shift leader/supervisor/manager clearly does not understand how to handle her role and treats her COWORKERS terribly. They are your COWORKERS NOT PAWNS. Extremely disorganized and unefficient. I waited almost 20 minutes for one coffee. Again I understand waiting and understand that when it’s busy, it’s busy. Was not a huge fan of today. Please address this issue and fix it so people are employees and customers are treated fairly. That way you have a properly equipped team that can help each other and provide proper customer service.
