The tea I was given this evening was filled to the brim with scalding hot water that began to leak out as soon as the person in the Drive-Thru window handed it to me and in turn flooded the coffee cup holder that I quickly placed it into to stop my hand from being burnt.

I came to pick up a mobile ordered coffee here. It turned out that I’d accidentally ordered it from another DD that I use across town. They were kind enough to make me the coffee anyway so that I wouldn’t have to spend my whole lunch break driving there. Thank you!

The customer service was horrible through the drive-thru. Whomever worked drive at 4:25 pm the 29th of November has a negative attitude. As I placed my order one would have thought I was interrupting their day. I received part of my order (snackin bacon), it was ice cold. Yuck !!!! Once at the window I had to wait a little for part of my order (no problem), but because this person forgot to give it to me it was apparently my fault I was still sitting their. As I left I still said thank you, I appreciate what people do, no job is easy, however although I said thank you loud enough and more than 2 times the person deliberately ignored me! No response, no answer, nothing! If I could give this D&D a 0 score I would.

I am one of the car haulers that deliver cars to all of the car dealerships around you and all over the New England area. Last week I was refused service because I didn’t have a car. I walked up to the window and was told that they can’t serve me. I even showed your employees my truck with loaded cars on it. I won’t buy any more coffee from your location any more. Your front door is locked and as far as I know it’s not illegal to sell me coffee as a walk up. My car hauler for ten cars is definitely too big for your drive through. I hope you’ll be able to change your policies and try to serve the walk ups as well, as other drive thrus do. I’d like to add that there was no other cars in the drive though when I was there. DD i like your company! This location always gets my coffee order right. Sometimes the food order is right BUT, the line is drawn when there’s a hair in your sandwich. C’mon DD! Invest in hair covers, especially since we are still in a pandemic? Management, what’s up? Lost a customer….

Horrific. Lid on the HOT coffee cup was not secured properly and promptly spilled in my car after handed to me by the employee. Then, absolutely no apology or acknowledgement beyond a stack of napkins and a shrug.

By far the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. I, myself am a dunkin employee so I understand what goes on. The hot chocolate was literal water so you either did not fill up the hot chocolate machine or you gave me it rinsed. Another thing was i asked for white cheddar in my wraps and they gave me american. It will say on the board that its cheddar so you are doing sloppy work its on the receipt so its not like the person at the sandwich station didnt have that info no they were just doing very sloppy work.
