This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts by far. They are always messing up my orders. Whenever I see this particular worker working I know that my order will be terrible. She made my order wrong again yesterday and when asked to remake it, she started making excuses. I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts so often, but half the time I am really disappointed. Unfortunately, this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts in my town. Really hope that the management is seeing this and will try to improve themselves.

I stopped in here as it was on my way to my destination after making a stop at a Dunkin’ donuts on East main Street in Waterbury.. the location in Waterbury made my coffee wrong not once, but twice! I was hoping that the location in Middlebury would help me out as I spend a large amount of money every week at different locations throughout the state and have come to this location many times before in the past.

Honestly, I am normally not a huge DD fan but this location is certainly the exception! The inside is very clean with a few different seating options from tables and chairs to a couch near a fireplace and TV. The staff was very warm and friendly and expedited the orders efficiently. The coffee and food was much better than the other DDs I’ve been to. We will definitely choose this location over others!

Seems to be under new management. Was once a very friendly, efficient shop. However, on my most recent visit, took 15 minutes (after I ordered) just to get a coffee. Staff appears totaly disorganized. It’s a pity. Really used to like this place.
