Every single time I go to this location my drink is incorrect in some way and a different price even though I order the same thing each time. Two of the woman who work here, an older woman and a younger blond woman have attitudes. There’s another location 15 minutes out of my way on Danbury Rd and I’ve started to just go there instead because it’s always made right there and the people who work there are much nicer

The employee was very unprofessional and rude. Horrible customer service. I didn’t get my chocolate frosted and got charged for it. I didn’t get my receipt either. The donuts looked like they were already bitten by rats and looked dirty as if they had fallen on the floor. Really disgusting. Waste of money. Do not recommend.

Went to this Dunkin early Sunday afternoon. My husband ordered a hot decaf coffee and it was not even remotely warm. Donuts were stale and we had to choose several different flavors of donut before we could find one they actually had because they were out of everything. Long line at the drive thru too, surprising since that location is terrible!

Don’t bother online ordering from this Dunkin. They almost always mess up the order, forgetting items, and their drive through line is ridiculous. Dunkin isn’t the greatest to start with but they really struggle at this location. Don’t bother calling. They won’t answer and their Voicemail is full.

They need a zero stars option for this dunkin. it’s disgusting. First they gave me food poisoning. Second they charged me for a medium drink when i ordered and received a small one. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and only received the bagel (no egg bacon or cheese). But i paid full for the bacon egg and cheese.

The absolute worst ever! To much to even write starting from the insane wait, constantly receiving the wrong orders, incompetent staff and rude with zero customer service. Would be nice if they changed their gloves just once when preparing food, but I’m sure that’s to much to ask when they can’t even handle a simple coffee order.
