This is the BEST Dunkin in CT. They remind you why you go there in the first place. The staff is always friendly, my coffee is always perfect, the donuts are fresh and loaded with sprinkles and the food is delicious and made to perfection. I have not had one bad experience. If you get sugar in your coffee, doesn’t it make sense to stir it? Not at Dunkin. I’m there every morning & I stopped going in the afternoon since they can’t stir a coffee. For some reason almost every cup has a mouth full of grounds at the end. So nasty, not worth the money we pay. And I got a Jelly stick recently, curious if there was a shortage of jelly.

They are nice enough but can never get my iced macchiato right. Smh…have to come home and make coffee just to add to this large cup of iced milk. Supposed to be iced macchiato with an extra shot of espresso….well it’s barely even coffee of any sort. I just keep going back almost every day hoping for the right coffee but nope. I went to the DD down the street twice and each time the coffee was on point. It’s not just this location though….it’s like all of them….so it really come down to who is making the drink. For the sake of coffee addicts…..please get the order right.

I don’t go to this dunkin very often, just sometimes on the weekend. They almost always get SOMETHING wrong with my order. I have gotten a breakfast sandwich with missing components several times. Sometimes they just completely miss something on your order. Drinks are always a mess with coffee dripping down the side and spilling out the top. You really need to dissect your order to make sure everything is right. Today I got a breakfast sandwich and it had 2 eggs patties on it instead of a sausage patty…

My order is always done correctly and I’ve never had a problem here! However, I almost always hear the managers screaming at the employees so I don’t really recommend it as a place to work if you’re looking for a job but yeah the employees themselves are always friendly and my order is always completed quickly and correctly!

The service is mediocre at best. They get your order and repeat it to you after you order it and then once you get to the window and pay for it, it’s usually incorrect. You have to check the order before you leave. This has happened twice in the same week! It honestly depends on who’s working and if their really feeling their job for the day.
