Sometimes there’s barely any bagels and this time I got my bagels burnt. I only go there because it’s close. Also everytime I order extra cream cheese they usually forget to charge me the first time so i always have to put my card in twice. I’m probably just gunna order from doordash from now on. I have better luck there.

Slowest drive through service i have ever encountered. Only two people in front of me and took 25 minutes to order 2 coffees and a bagel. Dont go here if you have things to do and need to get to work.

I came here at 2:55 on 2/8/22 : i was sitting the drive thru for about 5 minutes with no response & another car behind me. i beeped the horn .. no answer .. waited beeped again and then as finally greeted with a rude: “hold on one minute” . i didn’t even order my coffee because i was afraid they’d do something to it. so i order a donut instead and hash browns instead. when i got to the window i paid. the lady there said “you could say thank you” to me in a horrible tone. why would i say thank you for this horrible service ?

I can’t tell you how many times it’s taken 15 minutes plus just to get a hot tea. Not to mention they really only care about the drive through (not to say that’s even fast) as they will have you standing around in line for 15-20 minutes before even acknowledging you. Also, I’ve had my order screwed up multiple times even when I’m literally just getting a hot tea with nothing in it.

I go to this one frequently, since it is on my way to work and close to home, but rarely happy with their service at the drive thru. I have to repeat my order every time i go, at least twice, sometimes more. And this is after having waited at the speak for sometime before they even acknowledge you. when i just dont feel like dealing with them, i go out of my way just to avoid giving this one money. i hate giving money to places that have poor service.

Staff needs pay attention to what they are doing, numerous times I have gotten my order wrong, l can’t drink regular milk so I ask for almond milk, but of course I got regular milk again. This store and the one on main street near Rogers Park need to train employees properly because this happens on both.

Well today was great they had a new cashier that actually likes his job. He is really upbeat and nice. It was a great change for the new year. Please hire more people like him. He double checked my order and even talked to his coemployee nicely to tell him he put the wrong sticker on the bag. I wish I knew your name but it’s ok.
