So-so service. They need better Management on site. They do not have bad workers it is just that the workers are given the proper instruction or directive on how to do their job properly and to a standard that you would expect. This is the worst Dunkin in town. Every time I make the mistake of driving into this place I always regret it. You can order one thing and have just one order in front of you and get stuck in line for 20 mins. The associates are ghetto and miserable. Who is hiring and training here?

I suggest avoiding mobile orders and this location completely. Only a drive-up. My experience: Stuck in the line for 15 minutes- line did not move – had to ask person behind us to back up so we could get to where we needed to be- there is no pass by lane. Tried to cancel mobile order – contacted management several times – no resolution.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to! First of all I waited probably close to 20 minutes in line after I placed my order, got up to the window and was not acknowledged by any of the 5 people standing around inside talking. Continued to wait another 5 minutes. One of the workers came up to the window and started screaming to his friend and pretending to snort coke off his fingers. 5 more minutes went by, still no acknowledgement and no coffee. I got fed up and left. They are so unprofessional and rude. I have no idea how they are still in business.

Absolutely L O V E the morning crew during the week and love going there because of them! They are so full of energy and always get your order right. As for the weekend crew, not so much. For that reason I only go during the week. But those guys I give 5 stars.

This location is drive thru only, which is unfortunate. The staff is nice and the coffee is good. The wait times can be long, but I think that has to do with the fact that it’s such a busy area and the only Dunkin close by.

You know if I pay almost $3 for a coffee I’d love to get what I ask for. This is ridiculous. The majority of locations I go the coffee is not what I ask for. Dunkin is totally inconsistent. I don’t even know why I continue to give this company my money. You used to pay $1.05 for a small coffee and got what you asked for on a consistent basis. Now it’s an arm and a leg with the added bonus of getting anything but what you asked for. Smh!
