Usually good for pitstop coffee etc. Today [2 pm Sat May 20] was another story – one of the two severs refused to make any hot food as they were understaffed. Okay fine, but he also informed me that it was not his problem to refund me for my order just billed to my cc?! I have taken this up with DD corporate as around a dozen people were impacted by this bizarre incident.

Never ever again. Cold hasbrowns & sourdough that could chip your tooth. The guy got upset with me for squished has browns… how about serving a real order of hashbrowns, not 4 or 5, that have actually been heated correctly so I don’t have to check if they were thoroughly heated. Dunkin’ has gone downhill & this location will prove it to you (as I suffer through the rock-hard sour dough – no croissants or bagels available)

It was great. I never seen a Dunkin like that one. The food was wonderful and so was everything about the place. Even though it was in Connecticut and I’m in North Carolina if I travel that way again I’m definitely stopping by there again !!!!

bad attention to people, offensive language. When I had already been waiting for a donut for about 20 minutes and had only received my coffee, I asked if they could complete my order, the person did angrily address me, saying that I had to wait. then I wait 15 more minutes, just for a donut. I do not recommend this place. This scene had already observed that it was repeated with more people. mobile one station, the first entering Connecticut from New York.

At this location, there was no staff while everything was working such as kiosk orders, and after I paid for it at the counter through a screen, $10.50, no staff or no one was working. I do not suggest this location, and they should have turned off the screens knowing no one was there.

On Friday May 12th 4:36pm, the Caucasian or Hispanic female about 5’6 about 250 pounds with black glasses, refused to assist me with the kiosk so I was forced to drink something I wasn’t satisfied with, I suggest you don’t hire people that can’t multitask, that’s the new world order.

I absolutely love Chris and his wife at this Dunkin! I frequent NY and drive back to NH just about every monday. I make /sure/ I stop in to see them – even if Waze tells me it’ll take longer. They are the best start of any day – always happy to see their customers, always smiling, prompt and courteous- I don’t think Ive ever had a better Dunkin Experience – and Ive never seen a team that has worked more seamlessly than them. Im not just another number on a slip, and Ive seen they treat their other customers just as warmly! Wish I could give more than 5 stars – if you’re looking for a delightful pick me up on-top of that delicious coffee – I highly recommend stopping here.

My dude John is the only one working behind the counter. He takes the order, runs over and pops the food in, then he makes the drinks. Dunkin’ Donuts needs to pay their workers better, John was absolutely killing it. And he wasn’t even bitter about it, he had a great positive attitude. Great service.
