Running Rants

The service is very very hit or miss. I’ve had amazing people working there late at night, on holidays and they’re amazing. Others seem to give the least amount if effor. Today I had someone deny me an offer that’s on the app and posted directly on their front door.

I decided to delete the super long detailed complaint that I had/ have. Long story short, this is not what I ordered at all. I wanted a cheddar bagel twist, but instead received hash browns with a buttered bagel… and even after simple directions, my tea was still trash. Over it. Not coming back.

The afternoon shift is the WORST. Don’t bother going to the drive thru; you’ll be waiting a long time to even be acknowledged. Not because it’s busy. There’s always 2-3 workers standing around talking, and appearing very annoyed to be interrupted by customers. They’re so slow and so rude.

I come there almost every day. The other day I ordered a frozen matcha latte but took me an hour to get there. It was already melted, and one of the girls working there re-made it for me (I didnt even ask) but I very much appreciated the gesture. Thank you for your kindness and great customer service!
