This place never gets anything right they don’t care that customers are paying for product plus paying for their shifts… they never get the coffee right nor do they stir it, I asked for hash browns well done 99% of the time they don’t listen to the well done part and that 1% they did and they burnt it so bad that I can’t even bite it it’s like a rock! I never had these issues at other Dunkin’s it’s convenient to go there because of the drive thru but the service is horrible and product

I’m quitting Duncan effective Tuesday, October 4,2022. Here is my opinion about Dunkin perks…. they suck because although you spend your hard earned money to purchase the coffee even with the descrimanatory upcharge for plant based milk you supposedly earn a free drink. not true they are still charging you for the plant based milk…I can’t help it that my body can’t digest animal milk. Don’t lie and say that after I’ve purchased coffee totaling up to 200 points that I get a free coffee.

They should close this location once and for all or train their employees better. Every time you go buy something they never have anything, their Latte machine is always broken or at least that’s what the guy that works the Night Shift says. Every time I go and he’s working the machine is broken but when I go in the morning is working.

ON THE GO foods/coffee are being made before arriving at the drive-thru and it’s way to cold upon picking it up. Staff needs to make it upon arriving & asking for it while on the outside drive thru order window than they should make it so it’s hot. Lastly wait time is averaging about 15 minutes so Ill be going to another location for now on.
