If I had seen what it(caramel craze latte) looked like before I paid I wouldn’t have ever paid for it. Bottom half was pure white, no caramel, barely even a coffee taste, it was equivalent of drinking watered down milk. This store gets it wrong too much, need to stick to Rahway store on St. George, hardly ever had a bum one there.

Been going here for awhile now. But these past 2 weeks has been throwing my morning off. I don’t drink caffeine coffee anymore but every now and then I’ll have a decaf with my turkey and sausage wrap. Well for the passed 2 weeks can’t get either @ 530am. Every morning they don’t have decaf or turkey sausage. And I order 10min in advance. May change my routine and cook @ home.

Only giving 1 star because I have to give something. It’s really the worse Dunkin in my area but I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. This morning I ordered on the go. When I pulled in I knew something was bad because the drive thru was wrapped all the way around the front of the building. There was a lobby full of customers waiting including 3 of us who ordered on the go and many others. There was only 3 workers and complete chaos. I can’t say everything because it was just too much but this location is ALWAYS a problem. I just wish they could get it together

This is a new location. I guess they’re still getting their bearings. I order on the app and my order has not been ready the 4 times I have gone. They also have limited options for donuts. I’ll visit again in a few weeks to see if it’s better.

The Drive thru female cashier/order taker was Not polite. Her facial expression was very aggy as though she was bothered by the customers.. my suggestion is this, Leave you problems behind. When you come to work, you are representing the brand, not your problems. Be attentive, courteous, and polite. Trust me, it’ll make your day a whole lot better.

This site seems to usually mess up our orders. This past time I had 2 people tell me what I had ordered for drive through pickup via the dunkin app wasn’t ordered even after showing them my receipt until the manager finally stepped in and straightened it out. Seems to be some more training is needed to make sure the full orders are fulfilled.

I pulled up to the drive through for my usual run, this super immature and unprofessional girl was laughing the entire time and couldn’t even take my order. It seemed like she was mentally unstable or on some kind of drugs. Went to another location instead lol.
