Hello from “lester Smitty Smith” I gave this Dunkin’ donuts a second chance baby the 3rd chance it was after 2 o’clock worst place to go on a evening if you expect a good cup of coffee at a fresh doughnut and it’s so close to where I live at and that’s what’s would of been really good if you get a good product there easy to get to your house But unfortunately I don’t know everything’s not fresh there I like coffee fresh at all times especially for Dunkin’ donuts name Being saidvery disappointed though donuts on do-it-yourself so I Left to myself it says this is unfortunate so what that being said I gave⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars If The manager reads this Maybe try to get somebody who cares about a franchise when you’re not there to take over and make sure coffee and get plenty of doughnuts I’d appreciate it save a lot Running around looking for a fresh cup of coffee after 2P. Been coming here for a bit now during the week since I work in the area and coffee is usually OK no issues there, but they never have certain items for some reason. I order thru the app to save some time and just grab and go, but since I’m paying for things and they are not being substituted for something else is a bit irritating. They have signs saying “voted best in Essex county” sure not living up to that…

First of all, take that sign out of your window that says voted best Dunkin in Essex County. That’s false. When someone orders a drink and the person that makes it, makes it wrong and then gets mad because you don’t want it. Not my fault.And you being the owner of the establishment makes it even worse.
