I have never seen a dunkin’ Donuts run as efficiently and at such a timely as this one. This was my first time here, I happened to visit on a monday at a peak time. I walked in, and there was a line to order, and many ppl waiting for orders. There were adults and school kids all waiting for orders and waiting to order. This crew of 4 ( 2 young men and 2 young women) emptied at the dunkin’ in less than 10 mins . We are often in a rush, so we overlook what a great job they are doing and go straight to complaints. I loved how they wrote the customers’ names on the bags.

I went for breakfast this morning; the drinks came out nice and fast, food service was very slow. It seemed like the manager Rose waited to make 5 orders at a time causing food orders to come out every 10 minutes maybe. There were a few students from Bloomfield College Soccer Team standing around, waiting for their food, when they finally received their food, I stepped forward to ask if that was my croissant which is was, because I asked for it lightly toasted and the back and edges were dark black. Rose the manager began fussing that I am not supposed to be standing here (where the college students just moved from) and agreed to make me another bagel while she instructed the gentleman who rang me up to rope off the area where I was standing. He proceed to pushed the rope along my leg in compliance to his manager. This place is getting out of hand, service is disgusting!

I love that they have coffee milkshakes.. chocolate & vanilla… the down side to this location is the parking lot… it’s crazy… no one seems to be able to drive.. it’s hard to get in the lot & even harder to get out..
