Worst DD. Constantly messing up orders. Went inside to get my drink and was ignored for a few minutes. A lady finally came and I told her I ordered a tea, but they gave me a coffee. With a attitude she corrected my order. Place was filthy and flies everywhere. Never going to this place again.

Placed a mobile order. As soon as I get to the window I say hi to the lady handing out my food(a girl with glasses). She completely ignored me. She even seemed annoyed. She just gave me my order and closed the window. I am paying for a service, not getting it for free. I don’t understand why some employees have to be so rude. You work there, if you don’t enjoy working there just find yourself another job.

These day’s there is no more communication. Literally stood there and stared at 3 employees before we were advised to use the kiosk. They do not take human orders. No, they had no customer at the time.

They have been putting less effort into their products as of recently. Bagel Minis that are barely in the ovens, coffee poorly mixed, and a couple of other instances. This is how my avocado toast looked when I opened the box.

Everytime I get something in the drive thru I always check it. They’ve gotten better but at least 2 out of ten times, they screw up. I order the same drink every morning. Same staff is there. How do you mess up that often? Had to drive back and go inside to have my coffee made correctly.

Always a problem here. … Even with order ahead. Still waiting and always have to ask for a cup holder . Always problems here. Always long lines in drive thru this place needs a new manager or owner not sure which don’t care. but def needs a new management updated. Some employees are amazing others just don’t listen or are too busy rushing you and yelling at you and have a nasty attitude. Like the manager/owner guy. . I’m going to start emailing my complaints so they have to free me the next time I go back. Its always way too much nonsense happening here. I’m tired of it.

The prices here are significantly higher than at the dunkin down the road on Clifton ave near the city hall. Why. I don’t know?!? A large iced coffee here is almost $6 where at the location on Clifton ave it’s only $4.75?!? What’s wrong with that. Plus the staff always miss understands your orders and gets it wrong. Do not go here and go to the one by city hall in Clifton just a mile down the road. Would not recommend. Would give 0 stars if I could.
