Tonight at 10:35 they had NO donuts at all NONE. They was not serving any frozen drinks and they did not have all the ingredients (crunch) for the Turtle iced signature cofee. I was disappointed. This is the turtle signature latee without the crunch… If they not going to have alot of stuff during the night what’s the point of them being open they minus well close at an earlier time. The owners at this spot need to do better.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! I HAD TO SWITCH LOCATIONS BECAUSE OF HOW HORRIBLE THEIR SERVICES ARE….THE SAD PART THIS LOCATION IS NEAR MY HOME AND NOW I HAVE TO GO A DISTANCE TO ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT JUST TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY ORDER DONE CORRECTLY. THEY NEED FIRED THE ENTIRE STAFF EXCEPT FOR ONE LADY THAT GIVES GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! HOW ARE THE OWNERS ARE EVEN ALLOWING THIS. EVERY TIME I GO SOMEONE IS HAVING AN ARGUMENT. For a location so busy the staff need to be more attentive. Less talking and laughing and more engaging with the customers. And what is so hard in putting the butter on the bagel vs giving me an extremely large cup of butter.

This Dunkin’ is most likely the worse location of the franchise. The staff is not friendly and terrible customer service. Donuts are stale, they never make my coffee correctly, staff is always talking and not paying attention. They also insult the customers in Creole as they proceed to mess up all the orders. New staff is desperately needed. No if, ands, or, buts about it

I spend my money here daily and I usually don’t have a problem but these employees don’t understand the customer is always right PERIOD I don’t like when I order a latte and it has a lot of coffee grains if any it’s just my preference and the employee is going back-and-forth with me about whether or not the coffee grains are in the cup claiming it’s ice when it’s clear it’s not ice almost as if to insult my intelligence I come there all the time I spend my money I don’t understand why I can’t just get what I asked for when it happened in the past they just remade I thought that’s what the employees were there for… When I ordered this today I was in the drive-thru once the employee started going back-and-forth with me I just pulled into a parking spot and I walked in but I was so frustrated that I couldn’t even wait to speak to the manager I just had to walk out and just take a loss on the money that I spent to go to another Dunkin’ Donuts and spend my money again…..this employee says to me that every time I come here I have a problem ..Wrong if I order something and it’s incorrect or not to my liking I’m going to say something… I’m using my points and they get annoyed because I ask questions again I don’t know how I’m the one with the problem the employees should be up to date with promos ,if they can’t speak clear English or speak clearly that’s not my fault I’m patient and respectful I should get the same in return I tip all the time only just to be treated like a problem child where is Managment

Today 02/24/22, between 2:15 – 2:30. I had the worlds worst experience at this location, I waited over 5 minutes at the ordering booth, had to drive around the place and order, upon ordering I was given the wrong coffee, I waited for the ladies to remake it and this is what I got (mid night roast with mocha no cream) this is extremely disrespectful to any coffee drinker. They kept closing the window in my face while I was trying to explain to them that this was not what I ordered. I know the owners of this place and this would have never been acceptable if she was there. Worst experience I have ever had this shift was horrible.
