Store is filthy like the attitude I got from the muslim lady that works here. I ordered window pick up and had nobody come to the window to help my friend that went to pick up my order for me. So he went inside to get it and told the lady he’s picking up an order for me and she told him wait and proceeded to take other peoples orders that came in AFTER him when my order was placed 10 minutes prior. I had to go inside myself to get my order because she literally disregarded the fact that he was there waiting. HORRIBLE SERVICE! If i can give zero stars I would!!!!

My experience was horrible! I’m never going there. First I ordered a large hot chocolate and it was brown hot water I told the girl that it taste like water nothing like hot chocolate and she literally got upset and told me that is a hot chocolate. She refused to fix it all.she only had to do was to add another chocolate powder pack. Then I told her to change it to a caramel hot latte with almond milk and she said that it was going to cost me more like with an attitude like I can’t afford it.the hot chocolate cost me like $4and cents and then she charged me $2some cents more ‍♀️.Also I ordered a bacon topped avocado toast and as it shows in the photos there was nothing dunkin donuts quality worse my toast was burned. Very disappointing. I don’t usually post reviews but it’s not fair for the community get ripped off.

This place is terrible… I’m 7 months pregnant and I sent my boyfriend to grab me breakfast. I like things extra toasted.. it’s a craving I have. And whenever I ask for them to cook the egg longer, they look at me or my boyfriend like we are crazy and that it’s impossible for them to do it. It’s not impossible ! Don’t need to be rude ! They spit in your food and gas light you! It’s unacceptable! They also knocked my boyfriends phone out of his hand!!! For what reason?!

Oh… my.. god… I’ve had the worst experience of my life.. I always get the bacon egg and cheese crossiant here… but today they forgot the bacon.. okay… that’s fine.. it happens.. but I was just outside the store, so I came inside and showed it to the guy up front whom I assume is the manager.. I showed him front and back of the sandwich, which HAD no bacon.. I do not like gaslighting. It is unkind and unjust… he or whoever, dropped a tiny piece of bacon to the side and tried coming back to show me. I was not born yesterday.. I lifted that crossiant up before he handed me back the “crossiant with the bacon” and the one I showed him, HAD.. no bacon.. it’s okay to just make a brand new one.. but DO NOT gaslight the customer.. it’s unprofessional and VERY rude… your staff should be shamed.. that type of gaslighting can really mess with a person and ruin their entire day. Watch your behavior…

The worse dunking donuts ever!!! I order 2 medium decaf from my DD app and when I got there the guy working there told me they were out of decaf. I told him I could wait for him to make a new batch but he told me NO! I told him ok give me my money back and he refused to. 15 minutes of arguing until I couldn’t take it anymore and I left.
