I purchased two cups of hot coffee at 645pm. Sure they close at 7pm (which is sort of ridiculous) but fine they are entitled to close when they wish. At over $3 a cup I should not have received at best luke warm coffee. It takes them 2 minutes to make a fresh pot. And customers filed in after me. They surely don’t care about their customers.

The mobile order donuts were randomly put in the box and most of them were not even correctly prepared (no glaze, no sprinkles and what not. Anyone see 2 French Crullers in the box?). Not much of expectation from Dunkin stores in general but this place was one of the worst. Workers have no customer service mindset and they don’t even pick up the phone when I tried to reach them after finding the messed up order. Avoid this place.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts. The establishment needs to be closed down, as it is ALWAYS dirty, the employees do not wear gloves and masks, and they never have what you need. For example, today I attempted to order a coolata and I was told they do have any ice left to make the drink….wth!!! In addition, my donut had hair on it too….smh….I will not patronize this Dunkin Donuts again!!!

I stopped in Dunkin’ Donuts for a quick sip before I hop on the train back to school. The cashier / drink maker didn’t even welcome me or give that hello .so I will know she is taking me order. The first Order she winged it I order a Caramel ice latte with cream sugar and whip. The girl forgets to add sugar. I gave it back to her and also the latte was milked down. She open the latte pours sugar in while the whip cream is falling out so I asked her can u pls make a new one. I ordered a medium mind u. The second one was just a mess all milk no coffee. It didn’t even reach the lid. Oh I forgot instead of sugar on the first one she added hazelnut swirl. Thats why I asked her to make a new one . So the second one is a mess but I have to catch my train so I take it . Then I’m so disgusted I throw it away. The I come back and I say i want my money back. I ask if there was a manger I can speak to and she says no. And I said r u serious. Mind u the manger is in the corner playing a game on his phone. So this is her, The manger gave me my money back, and this picture was taken when she realized she messed up. so don:t go to this dunkin donuts there is one on Bloomfield ave montclair by cvs that s much nicer

Boosted BMW Garage
Pitiful experience at this Dunkin location. To start the muffins were literally 3 days old and hard as a rock. Employees didn’t care and the drinks were mediocre at best, maybe one of them was new. Who knows, not really my problem as the consumer. Suggest the owner takes a hard look at the way they operate as I surely will never be visiting this location again. When your staff doesn’t know how to properly make the drinks then you shouldn’t be putting them in front of a consumer.

Serendipity
Donuts were stale, and the store was truly dirty – floors look like they haven’t been mopped in a long time and there was food scraps all over the place – on chair seats, the floor. The place wasn’t busy, one other person in the store – they should have been hustling to clean that place up – seriously doubt that the debris was all from that days customers.
