If you go before 10am they are 5 star plus after that go at your own risk!!! The kids that work there after 10am are the worst they are always laughing and giggling while trying to take your order and when you get to the window for the order they don’t remember what it was or got it wrong they never seem to have anything that you want to order after 10am and a New one that happened to me today apparently you can’t add to your order at the window any more so you have to go inside or go back around to the driveway but the funny thing is if they mess up your order they can take it at the window again doesn’t make any sense So to finish if you go before 10am it’s 5 star plus anything after that your taking a big Risk

I arrived at 10:21, and a guy was helping me but he said no more macchiato as they have just cleaned up the kitchen so that the only option was black coffee. And I was saying that you are not a random coffee shop, you are dunkin donuts so you cant say No to customers. Suddenly, a girl named Denise jumped in the convo and said “ do you want black coffee or no, just yes or no” .. Woww, that was extremly rude. And I wont go that location any more. The guys were friendly enough and he even said “customer is always right” he even tried to make it up by offering a free coffee. I sincerely thank you guys but that girl as she does not deserve to work for such a company. It is very unfortunate if the owner has no idea about her attitude.

I passed by this location via drive thru and while I was ordering my drinks the girl in the background was not taking me serious. She was laughing, making conversations with the other employees and did not get my order right. Once I got to the window to pay she only got 1 drink correctly, the lattes I asked for2 caramel craze ice latte n received a regular caramel latte. The girl never added my small refreshment drink with the bubba’s inside, she said she never heard me asking for that drink and the drink cannot be added to the order because the system was frozen and there’s more cars behind me. She never heard my order because she was to busy laughing and making conversations with her coworkers, very rude and unprofessional.
