I ordered a bagel and it’s as hard as a shoe. They shouldn’t sell food in bad condition. It’s the second time I have a bad experience in the same location. Last time the cashier didn’t want to repeat the amount to pay because I thought my change was wrong, she didn’t give me the ticket either, she just called other girl (at my first question) to talk to me and she ignored me.

*HONEST REVIEW* The glaze donuts are amazing and the tables are a bit hard to find but you can ask people to sit there, there are low chairs but still nobody minds. There is 2 ways to go, from the dentist or foot doctors, and one opens on the side of the building and in-front of the road. They also put smiles on kids faces and say thank you too.

For a downtown city Dunkin Donuts, this rates as one of the better ones around. The donuts, muffins, and bagels are a solid choice. The iced coffee is not as watery as other DDs I’ve encountered, which is a positive. Couple of down points here, though. The service, while always polite and courteous, can be a tad slow, as well as occasionally forgetful with multiple instructions. There is always also a couple of omnipresent “seat hogs”, people who spend inordinate time in their tables, after having their meals, which takes up space from those who are looking to sit down and enjoy theirs. All in all, this is place better suited for the grab and go crowd.

This place is an absolute joke. I got there at 7:30 p.m. this place is supposed to close at 8 p.m. the doors was locked and the workers was looking at me outside the window like I was crazy. Not only that another four people came to attempt to go inside and couldn’t get inside because they closed early than they were supposed to not good for business.

I have been to this store at least ten times so far. The service is horrible even when you order online. Every order that i have placed has been incomplete or wrong! I let it slide in the beginning because it was a new store but by this time the staff should be able to complete an order without making this many mistakes. The good thing is there’s three other Dunkin’ donuts in Passaic so I’ll be fine.

It took them a while to acknowledge me even though there was only 1 customer besides me. They had no donuts, bagel twist, muffins, they had nothing left but drinks not a good experience I’m giving a two star review solely on the drink I had the pumpkin spice latte was good
