Not sure what is going on at this location, but for the last couple of years it’s been going downhill. My most recent visit was by far the worst. The man behind the counter was very nasty when I asked him if I can use the facilities as there was a bun rack blocking the way to the restrooms. He said no the bathrooms are put of order. Funny, because according to the health code a food service facility MUST have a working restroom. On a previous visit two young men were working the counter when one of them took a sticker off his sneaker and immediately made my coffee, without washing his hands!!! I had to show him how to properly wash his hands and explain to him how one must always wash their hands and change their gloves after each task. If you didn’t realize it by now I’m a foodservice professional so I know what should be done and not done. Suffice it to say I will not return to this location again, not that it going to hurt their business just for my own peace of mind.

N10 Fit
Visited this location for a quick morning run and was pleased with the service provided. It appeared that staff were team players, staff was friendly and polite and the place was immaculately clean. I’m not a big coffee drunker, but when I do have it, it’s only pumpkin spice. Delicious as always! I also ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and the gentleman put extra cheese spread which was nice. Thanks for great service!

The worst customer service. The guy behind the register was to worry about flirting with someone he knew that was married. Then guy wouldn’t take my order to impress this married female. I had to walk out. Very unprofessional. Dunkin find yourself better workers who want to work with better customer service.

I was here today around 1pm. I did a mobile order for an iced coffee. When I went to pick it up, it was very dark (barely any creamer) so I asked the lady nicely if she can add more creamer. She says you only wanted a little cream on the order. I might have pressed the wrong amount but I’m asking if she can add more. I had to ask her 3 times if she can add more cream as she looked at me with such a dirty look as if I was asking for the world. What was the big deal to add more creamer to make a customer happy for something they paid for?

Don’t. Just go somewhere else. I’m reading that the staff is rude – it’s absolutely true! Our family made a pit-stop here for coffee, donuts, and breakfast. I needed to use the restroom and a woman working there stopped me to argue back and forth with me, making up nonsensical reasons as to why I can’t use the OPEN restroom. She finally warned me that I needed to “hurry up and be very fast”. This woman waited for me outside the bathroom door to begin yelling at me as I opened the door saying I took too long and that she told me I could only to be a few seconds. Excuse me?! I took under a minute in there at best.
