I’ve had so many negative experiences here that I contacted corporate. This is the worst Dunkin to go to, especially if you’re in a rush because they’ll take forever to make your food (even if you order kn the app) and will undoubtedly get your order wrong. The people inside are polite enough, but whoever owns this one obviously only cares about making money and that’s reflected in how the customers and employees are treated. The worst part is that even when my order is correct, the quality of the food and drinks is far below any other Dunkin I visit.

This has got to be the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. Every time I come here the staff is extremely rude. They are incapable of following instructions. If you are not satisfied with your order they argue with you and try to force you to take as is. Theirs a language barrier making the experience more uncomfortable. And if you place a mobile order they expect you to say it at the drive thru window which I feel defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Be very careful at this location. I ordered an iced coffee yesterday morning and slurped up a small bug which I immediately felt. Took it out of my mouth and put it on the lid. I still feel disgusted. I sat in silence for a while and drove back to the location. I waited for all of the customers to clear so I wouldn’t put it on “blast” I was very nice and understanding about it despite my disgust when the nasty cashier said it’s not inside its on the lid. I told her I took it out of my mouth and sat it there. She then flicked it and rudely said that’s a coffee ground. At this point I was livid and told her it was clearly a bug and you could see the legs. NEVER EVER AGAIN and on my way out the door, bugs, flying all around the location. I still can’t eat or drink.

I live very close so thought this was convenient, but this location is nothing but trouble. They got my order wrong at the drive up so parked to walk in and the door was locked. So had to walk to the drive up the lady was startled and acted afraid of me. No apology for getting my order wrong. They also close early and no sign. You show up 30 min before they close and see them inside cleaning up and they won’t take your order, no closed sign and won’t even communicate it. Never again

Every time I come here (or the Central avenue location) I get a different story of why the espresso shots are differently sized or priced; but the espresso is good, so even though they are shockingly more expensive than even a Starbucks espresso, I normally endure the confusion. However, I must have been to this Dunkin donuts like 100 times, and after waiting 15 minutes in the drive through, my debit card was not swiping, and they wouldn’t give me the espresso so I could park, retrieve my cash from my purse in the trunk area and pay them. What? Instead I had to park, go inside, stand in line again, and then reorder my espresso, which took another 15 minutes for them to prepare. BUT forgetting that display of mistrust, when I asked them why they couldn’t just give me the espresso and I would be right back in 5 or 10 minutes, I really didn’t want it to be just throw it out (as I had already handled it, that is what would be expected anywhere!) THEY SAID “We can’t just give it to the customer, we have to put it back in” just in case that’s disgusting, and red flag to a health inspection. I could understand being anti-waste but that sounds unsanitary and illegal.

I know it’s not something to get upset about but the sales rep never gave me my free birthday drink when it said so on the receipt. I believe she was confused at the fact that I paid with a gift card . Regardless she passed me off to another employee and he didn’t know what was happening, I ended up having to get back in line through the drive thru and pay for another drink that should have been free .
