2nd time the overnight people messed up my order in less then a week. I even asked the lady, I said sausage and egg right? She said yes. The other day they gave me bacon and egg instead of sausage. Then the hash browns were like from a afternoon batch. Hard as a rock and burnt tasting. Very poor service from overnight crew.

It must have been a good at some point as I see an average of 4 star. I had only one visit and had a below par experience. So can’t rate more than the bare minimum. The order was served with the wrong flavor and I realized after taking a sip. When I inquired about it then the guy was not at all friendly and said that I did not ask the correct order. He also initially refused to replace it with the correct order. When I was still able to convince him to replace then gave me something else again which was no way close to what I had asked for. He then also insisted on having the drink back which I had sipped once already. I found that funny, honestly. Eventually, I had to return everything and got my refund. This whole situation further upset me as I had been trying to get a coffee for very long. I went home and made my own coffee.

The young man that helped me was so kind and helpful and sweet and was wonderful working hard making everyone happy, this was bar none the best experience at Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever had so I’m super super happy with this St. George’s Dunkin in RAHWAY NJ!!! Wonderful service but they should stay open until 10 or 11:00 pm, they close inside at 4:00 pm way to early to close for eating in!

Went there while on a road trip with my father. Lady at the intercom could not understand us, so we repeated our order 5 or more times. She was extremely rude and showed frustration while taking our order. When we got to the driver window, we explained to her that we did not appreciate the bad customer service and that it is not a good lock on the business. She responded by calling us stupid. Horrible customer service and coffee wasn’t even made as requested. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Don’t come here if you’re in a rush, don’t come here if you don’t like your food raw or burnt, don’t come here when the overnight crew is working, don’t order anything too complicated. i have to come here most of the time since it’s the closest dunkin near me but i’m always on the edge of my seat since 80% of the time my order is made wrong. i even ask to make sure it’s all good, it never is. some of the kids in the kitchen should get a raise, some others should go (if you’re a regular at this dunkin, you know who).

One of the worst Dunkins I have experienced. The drive-thru line moves at a snails pace. You can do a mobile order for pickup but the chances of it being done when you get there are slim. Food is consistently overcooked or undercooked. The coffee and espresso occasionally tastes burnt. Staff is friendly though. Don’t dissapoint youself, avoid going here.

Went to dunkin with a couple of friends for coffee. When taking our order, we had to repeat multiple times. The lady taking the order was being very rude (sighing and having a bad attitude overall). When we got to the window and got our order. My friends and I told her that her attitude was not good for customer service because it was very rude. She responded by saying we are stupid. We angrily exchanged words and I drove away to avoid escalating the issue. If I could give a -10 I would. No one deserves to be treated that way at all. Horrible customer service and the coffee was made without fulfilling any of our requests(made super sweet instead of low sweetness as requested, etc.). Avoid this dunkin at all costs

This is a newer Dunkin Donuts store. It’s neat and well facilitated for both eat-in and drive-thru. I stayed eat-in for this time. Enjoyed my order and free internet session with the comfortable spacious environment…. I gave it 4 stars because that I could not get Boston cream donuts at 1:30p…. and most jelly stuffed donuts were also out of sale… That really deserved to minus one star….:-(
