Don’t go there in the morning. They only have 2 people in staff. They don’t start on the online orders until the long line is done. I placed an order and waited over 25 min for them to only start my order and leave it hiding behind the coffee machine. Complete disregard to online orders. They handed me the order after I asked them to do so. Didn’t even apologize for the delay. Another customer just walked away since she couldn’t wait any longer. I was 30 min late to work only to find out they messed up on the order and didn’t provide me with straws. I’m sure the lack of personnel made it hard for them to handle morning rush, they should probably open their doors during lunch or how more people. Terrible customer service.

Small, but typical, Dunkin. Located on southbound Rt17 next door to Biggie’s. They had a good selection of donuts and other pastries which can’t be said for many Dunkin’s nowadays. They had Plain sticks which are my favorite but not always available in many Dunkin’s. Service was quick and friendly. Seating for 10 people.

Water coffee and old, prefrozen muffins. I haven’t been here in awhile but their business had down graded really bad. The coffee was horrible like water and didn’t taste like Dunkin coffee. Then the muffins were hard, old and frozen. Will never go back. Horrible food.

I went in to order 4 wake up wraps. 3 sausage and 1 bacon. The person taking the order asked me multiple times what my order was to which I re-explained. This happened at least 5 times. No problem because she repeated my order back to me by the end of it and it was correct. Until I get home with everything and half the order wasn’t there.

I’ve been coming here for years as this is the closest location to my house. I’m a regular and come in pretty much every day several times a day and usually get decent service. But this past week every time I have gone in rupal who is one of the girls who’s usually there every morning have been nasty to me every time I have walked in. That’s not the way to treat a customer especially one who’s given your location so much business. And I always feel that when I’m there she’s talking about me in Indian cause I’ll hear her say my name and keep talking in Indian.

the two women that work there are absolutely horrible. i used to come to this dunkin all the time, but stopped because one of the women that work here refused to serve me without giving me a reason. i went back again yesterday and asked for a frozen caramel coffee, i was given an iced instead. they told me for them to remake my drink i need to pay an extra $4, on top or the money already given to them for the other drink and then told me this was dunkin policy. i will be 100% not be returning here anymore.

Indian ladies attending customers don’t have any idea about good customer service. I have been in hundreds of DD’s around the country and I have never been denied a cup of iced water and more specifically, I never had to purchase a cup of water from tap for $1.00. Worse place ever.
