Literally worst experience I’ve had in a while. I’m a regular Dunkin customer so I have the rewards app. I told the person who was taking my order that I had a reward that would give me a free drink with my purchase. She made me pay first and didn’t even try to acknowledge about the reward which I mentioned twice. She rudely said you can try next time and walked away. I used to work at Dunkin so she could’ve canceled the order easily and let me purchase and get the reward. She charged me for whipped cream when I said I didn’t want any. She was rude for no reason.

I just wanted to say worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever, me and my friend went inside to sit down for 5 minutes cause she hurt her ankle, so she could not walk well no more, so we went inside and sat down, then we were ordering our Uber to leave not even a minute pass by these two man were kicking us one is idian with a bread and the other full on white guy bread and tall were kicking us out because we just sat down. The white guy was being disrespectful to my friend she is a women like treat with respect. Then freaking tells me let’s go outside to fight is this how you dunkin people train your employees to fight customers or kick them out because they did not buy one thing, he is lucky my friend told me to keep walking, this Dunkin’ Donuts have gone down hill get better in employees that respect and don’t lie that they are the boss of the place

Afternoon staff is rude. Bathroom is always dirty and it’s always a problem with them when u ask to use it..they shut down the ovens at 730 and refused to make me a sandwitch when they close at 9 I think, they don’t need all that time to clean the ovens…they never have enough inventory like donuts and bagels.

Came here when it was just about to close on the evening of New Year’s Eve. They were already removing everything from the shelves and cleaning up to head out. The only one worker who I saw there was a young man and was very polite and patient. The place looked like a reck, but he proved good customer service. The donuts were okay. Nothing special… very greasy, could’ve been better but I guess since I came so late, everything I chose out of the Dozen that I bought was probably from the morning and not fresh at all (which was taken into account). Very convenient place and around many discount shops as well as a good spot to grab something fast and head to New York on a bus practically in front of this location.
