Very clean location. Main product Donuts with crazy high pricing. $17 plus for a dozen is crazy. Other food stores are way lower for same product. Every now and then I will get coffee or hot chocolate. The employees are very nice but the pricing is insane.

THE WORST PLACE ON EARTH! ONT GIVE THEM A DIME GO TO THE other store THEY TREAT YOU BETTER! I ordered a bagel not toasted with butter on the side. I had to drive all the way to the store because they made my order wrong. They made me show proof of purchase even though I had a bagel in my hand. Instead of making my order right, the guy behind the counter mocked me, and warmed my bagel up in the microwave and then handed it to me with a crooked smile. The bagel was warmed in the microwave and now it’s rock solid and I cannot bite it. He was rude condescending and foul! This is a family business so I know he won’t get reprimanded so I ask that no one spends their money here. There is way better service provided by the other store down the street. Will never spend my money here again, what they did was racist. If you don’t like customer service find a new job. So now I have no food and I already paid for it.

Terrible!!! I ordered a dozen of assorted donuts + two single donuts and received a dozen of stale, dry and crunchy jelly donuts. Called this location multiple times and no answer. Donuts are inedible and had to throw away.

This place is very close to where I live, but is aweful. I was in a hurry this morning so gave it another try. I was quickly reminded of how slow the service is here compared to other Dunkin’s. I ordered hot chocolate. It tasted like it was made with dishwater and a splash of chocolate. So terrible I threw it out after 2 sips. Will someone competent please buy this location and run it properly? I’m surprised Dunkin’ Corporate allows this place to operate so consistently badly.
