If I could give it negative stars, I would. They open whenever they please. They don’t care if they see people outside the gate. On weekdays, the mall itself opens at 11. Its a hit or miss if they open before then. Weekends the mall opens at 10 & they’ve opened way after 10. Meanwhile, they’re inside. Horrible.

One young lady working right now 10:57am on August 11, 2022, (no name tag) was cussing up a storm with no regard for her customers and kids in the immediate area. Its like, have a little respect. Store wasn’t open at the time shown on website and shown on sign. Employees were standing there socializing while there was at least 4-6 other costumers waiting outside. Some had to get back to work.

The staff do not know how to enter in # codes and thus force you to pay full price out of pocket without accepting the coupon or discount code. They refuse to learn or admit to not knowing and instead blame the customer for a fake coupon yet I am able to use the coupon at other Dunkin Donuts with no issues.
