The staff at the 520 Braod St location in Newark is always friendly. They truly know the customers and remember your orders, and will say as soon as you walk in “hey Joe, BLT & small black coffee?” or make you feel remembered in some other way like “you’re back from vacation? How was North Carolina?” The attention to detail is what keeps customers coming back. They also make my coffee/order perfect every time.

This is a good clean location and the staff is on point & cool AF. It closes quite early like at 4pm but its in a good spot near the Main Library across the street from the NJ Transit LiteRail station. Down the street from NJ Train Station & one of Rutgers Business school buildings.

The Two ladies that are there every morning, know what you are going to order as soon as you walk through the door. They Greet you with a Smile and a Good Morning. They confirm your order to see if that’s what your going to be having, because you might want to add something or take something away. Anyway, I Love this Ladies!!!!
