On 2/23/2023 at about 7:45 I drove through and ordered 2 cups of coffee and sandwiches. When I got to the cashew, she handed over 2 cups and I asked for a cup holder. She screamed “ take the coffee first don’t you know it is hot”?. So if it is hot , you have a counter in front of you why don’t you put it there before getting a holder and you want me to hold the hot coffee while you get a holder. I did not utter a word neither did I say thank you after my picking my order. Very unprofessional. I have been a customer at this place since 2014. Today was the first time this happened.

Terrible service. Got cursed at by the drive threw window lady because I didn’t preorder mini bagels. Thanks Dunkin’ praying for this location to close down. Got this picture from another review im guessing she is notorious for being rude to her customers. this is the lady that was so rude and cursed me at the door.
