This is the worst and nastiest Dunkin’ Donuts In Elizabeth!!! The customer service is horrible . I literally just left because the girl told me she is not doing deli because she is alone ! Ummm how is that my problem? And I asked for snakin bacon really you can’t put it in the oven ? Seriously need to close down or get new workers . The ones that work here are ghetto, disrespectful, and nasty!!! Don’t worry I will be going to speak to who ever runs this dump called Dunkin’ ! 0stars place !!!!!

Worst attitude with the drive thru rep, I asked for a Ice Coffee with CREAM and the did it with milk, the guy vrings cream on the side ao I asked him if they can please repeat my order and he refused. I told him that a coffee ain that cheap to have to drink it the way they wanted and now how I wished for.

I’m new too the area , been going too this Dunkin’ Donuts for a week & half. The Service that I receive from this employee on the morning shaft by the name of Ms. Don have been “ excellent/Great customer service “ she listens, acknowledge & remember the little details of my order. Had a lil miss understanding with one of the employees , Ms.Don stepped right in & corrected my order. Never had a problem since then. She’s great , fast & the best coffee maker.

Wait time is expected at this Dunkin’ as it’s the only one in the area. Usually the staff is okay but today I had a great experience. The two girls working the register today (6/3) at about 8:50/9am were so nice & helpful! Not only to me, but to the other customers as well!
