Worst customer service. Girl worker slim with eyeglasses look like “she was on something”, very irritable, inpatient rude, there is more that I’m not going to mention here. I canceled my 24.60 order and took my family somewhere else. My advise: Stop at another dunking donuts location who will provide better customer service.

Went today December 4th at about 3:00 p.m. got a coffee for my girlfriend it was much darker then usual and tasted terrible. After paying 5$ for the coffee and asked the bigger girl with curly hair if she could make me a new one. She was super rude and disrespectful. Laughed at me and I snapped on her and walked out. Basic dunking donuts but staff is not friendly and wait can be ridiculous. I walked into store because the drive through was packed and I was not even greeted when I asked for service I was told to wait. I did so for 5 minutes and then walked out. Better to find another dunkin donuts nearby there are many.

Went there this morning and it had to be the best experience I’ve had at any Dunkin’. I went through the drive through, usually I have to deal with repeating orders but not this time. Speaker was clear and order was perfect. 100% my new favorite Dunkin’.
