This is the closest location to my house but unfortunately I can no longer use this Dunkin. They constantly get my simple order incorrect. They charge more than all the other Dunkin locations in the area. Now charging an extra $.50 per pump of flavor, I have never been to another location that charges more than $.10-.$20 per pump. I literally reiterate, medium ice coffee with caramel several times while they are making the coffee and still they add incorrect ingredients smh. Never going here again. Need new management, owner and employees. Throw it away and start over.

I go to this location because it’s not busy as the other location but after today, I’M DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK. Ordered half dozen doughnuts, not ready. A older lady ask my what is my order told her, she’s looking around for the print out. Then goes to the garbage can and takes the receipt out the garbage can. Tells another associate what my order is AND goes back to making orders. She didn’t change her gloves after going in the garbage can.

THEY ALWAYS DO SOMETHING WRONG. DONT GO HERE!!!! THEY ONCE GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER, AND ANOTHER TIME THEY CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER DRINK AND NOT THE ONE I ORDERED. MY DRINK WAS SUPPOSED TO BE $3 AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER DRINK ALMOST $6. NEVER COME TO THIS ONE. GO TO UNION AVENENUE ONE!!!

I ordered 3 drinks for my friends, then I asked the cashier to scan my T-Mobile $2 discount. Instead of happily applying the discount and keeping the line moving, he went back and forth with me about how he can not give the drinks for free. I kindly said I understand that and had to explain to him multiple times that I will in fact still be paying for the drinks and that it is only a $2 off coupon.

This is a small Dunkin donuts in a strip mall, conveniently located with a lot of other stores. There’s not a lot of seating available in store, so you might want to take your coffee to go instead.

I’ve been there a few times and waited in line forever because of extremely slow workers (most of the time there is only 1 person), however when I was there the other day with an order of 10 items, the gentleman working that day was SO fast and efficient.
