Absolutely ridiculous. Tried to charge me for ice??? ICE. Went in for a matcha latte and asked for ice on the side and wanted to charge over $1.25 for a cup of their dirty ice. Never been to a place where it has been an issue, starbucks never charges for it either. Employees asked “so no ice?” then laughed when asking again for ice on the side.

The staff was so rude. At our last visit, we spent a nice amount of money. When asked to use the locked women’s room we were told to use the men’s room. We are women and should be able to use the ladies room. Right in front of us after being denied the restroom, a nasty female employee unlocked the ladies room and used it. After she came out she actually yelled at us in the dining section when we asked to use the restroom. I am spreading the word and will not be coming back.

Nice people that were very friendly. Just very disappointed that 4 out of 6 hash browns were still very cold to the touch. They definitely were not in the turbo chef oven long enough or they had too much food in at one time so it did not all get heated properly.

The male employee was friendly, however, the female employee wearing glasses was super rude and kept glaring at me. After purchasing a drink, I tried to use the bathroom but it was locked. Another gentleman told her and she ignored him. Once I was outside and looking in, she started hand gesturing at me.
