Cumberland Utica & Toledo RR (Ed Lewis)
I feel bad for the single employee who was working a Friday pm rush hour. Horribly understaffed, line out the door due to no drive-through. Even mobile orders had to wait just like the rest of us. Once the employee was able to serve us, they were very professional, albiet clearly overwhelmed. Hope the tip in the cup made their day a little better. Get more staff.

This store always gets an attitude when i order my favorite donuts which are seasonal. Everytime i order an iced coffee they never put the amount of sugar i ask for and i have to do it myself. Also today on 6/5 a short older woman got upset and was hitting the register screen and got an attitude at me because she had to start my order over because i kindly changed my mind about the type of donut i wanted. That was very distasteful of her and she’s like that all the time. Next time im gonna contact corporate because she needs people skills training.

Nice clean place. Just been renovated and looks very nice! They have a kiosk you can order your food without waiting on a line. It’s right off of 17 North. Two ways to enter, one way to exit.

I order the most simple order ever (toasted croissant with cheese). The lady not only burnt my thread but left the cheese outside. When I went back to fix the order the lady just said “oh well, I toasted it”. Most unprofessional staff.

Absolutely the worst service I ever received in my entire life. The server and cashier Mirna apparently seemed to be having a bad day. I asked for a small iced coffee and she gave me a medium, when I tried to explain that there was a misunderstanding she took the coffee threw it literally into a small cup and then pushed the dirty unfilled cup towards me. My son then asked for a strawberry bubble tea which she gave to him without bubbles. When he asked for the bubbles she put something like five when the photo on the wall show the cup filled with it. I would stay away from this place unless you like rude service. I sat to observe if she would treat other customers as rudely and she did, except for her Spanish speaking friends who showed up.
