I order ice cream from this place almost everyday. For the last 3 weeks they don’t have snickers and keep telling me tomorrow is gonna be available. Never happened. Today I stepped in waited for 10 minutes, no one helped me.

I love dunkin and never I got such a bad coffee… i asked for caramel cappuccino regular small size and she just gave regular coffee. After I taste it, I asked her if it is caramel cappuccino and she recklessly added caramel syrup and gave me back. And that coffee finally was very bad. I was on my way to some place and stopped at this Dunkin, and completely disappointed. And my friend’s vanilla chai latte wasn’t also good.

This DD used to be great. However, it has changed over the years. I’ve gotten incomplete orders many times before and the latest one is giving me a cup missing 25% of its content. Almost every time I pay $5 for a cup of coffee and this is what you’re giving me?! Totally unacceptable!

a handful of times, this place gets my order right, but more frequently than not, they ALWAYS get my order wrong. whether it’s giving me the wrong smoothie (i.e. mango instead of strawberry), forgetting the whipped cream or not adding anything I’ve asked for in my coffee. today, I got a caramel iced latte and a caramel iced machiatto, neither of which had caramel in it. it’s so frustrating. and the stickers always have the correct order on it, they just don’t do.
