This Dunkin donuts is on McBride avenue in Paterson right across from the Passaic River. It’s a great place to get coffee donuts food is fine it just doesn’t stay open late. Oh and if you’re dark roast drinker, they do not make midnight at any time of day.

I’m sure it’s not the employees fault but why doesn’t your store leave the on the go orders by the pick up? Every time I order ahead, I go to the store and have to beg don’t to give me my order. Today I stood there while the employees stared at me and said nothing. I had to call out twice and tell them I have an order. Then it took them another 2 minutes to give me my order. What’s the point of ordering ahead then? Get rid of your on the go concept if it’s going to take more time than usual. And then to make it worse the coffee was cold. Thanks Dunkin

The quality and the service of their food is very poor compared to all other dunkin places I have been to. They cut corners and give bad food to people. Even same order of bagel with cream cheese and tomato with cheese sandwiches here taste dad compared to all other Dunkin places and not to mention about their water down drinks.

The food tastes like chemicals. Like oven cleaner or something. Somebody please tell the girl working in the drive thru window to please put lotion on her hands she has very dry, cracks & ashy skin. We don’t know if pieces of dead skin is falling in our coffee or food during packaging. I am not trying to be mean but it’s gross.

The worst Dunkin ever. The lady working night shift at the drive-thru is so rude towards customers and always gets the order wrong. And she asked us to pay $2.50 for a extra small cup, like what can you even imagine this anywhere else. This is horrible!!!

This lady works at night, is so ill-mannered and ignorant. Every time you go there, it’s the same lady and the same mood she’s in. Picked up an order has items missing in the bag which she stated it’s all in the bag, when i asked. The manager need to take care of it ASAP, it’s not just me trying to be karren. Lots of people had bad experience recently, everyone wants better service since they’ll paying for it.
