I started coming to this location a few days ago, most of staff was nice just one worker wasn’t very kind he handed me my food and sneered at me with an eye roll, then on top of that was sitting with my family eating despite his rude dispostion,prior my family and I were laughing and talking he came from his work area leaned near the door and said to quiet down what?? I was like noone is being loud I left and won’t ever return to that location.

My last to this place was on 4.4.2023 & I will not be returning. The cashier was nasty & rude cause I’m trying to explain the app for the free coffee that he charged me for. We went back & forth , I even asked for my $ back & he refused, no problem, my $15 or so dollars a week will not be coming here. And to top it off , I get another stale donut that I can’t eat. I reported the incident to corporate office. VERY UNSATISFIED

They have horrendous customer service, like I know is a fast food restaurant but at least the minimum they can do is to get the freaking order right . I specifically said not bacon and they did put hell of it in all the food it even looked like it was done on purpose. If you can’t understand something say it Jess .
