Had such a terrible experience. As soon as I walked in the lady in the front greeted me with an attitude asking me what I wanted , I told her I was on line to order. I asked her if they had oatmeal because I know most Dunkin’ Donuts sell oatmeal and she didn’t know what oatmeal was and then she told me no they didn’t have it so I said okay . I ordered a bagel with cream cheese , munchkins, orange juice and water. The entire time she took my order she had the worst attitude and a stank face. When I got my bagel it wasn’t even cut in half like in most places. Very disappointed and makes me feel terrible as a customer. I’m pregnant and usually stop to get food in the morning before work, it’s safe to say I will never come back to this place .

We ordered curbside and no one brought our order or came to the car after 20m. I went in and was told they don’t offer curbside pick up but the app clearly stated they do AND there is a huge curbside pickup sign in the driveway. I was given 2 donuts for the “inconvenience.”

During the week in the morning the staff if great an quick. However when it comes to the afternoon crew an the weekend crew they are terrible. Slow,don’t pay attention, get orders wrong. Using cell phone’s while working should not be allowed imo but obviously I’m not the manager. More training is needed

Overall this Dunkin’ Donuts is a must go when your on the run! The people are very kind and they make sure to make your order really quick! The location was very clean when I visited and should you need anything they workers are more than willing to help!

I went for some munchies and I ask for half chocolate and half pumpkin, when she gave us the bag, she only put chocolate munchies inside, and we ask about the pumpkin ones, she get mad at us and was bad actitud with us, when it was her fault
